Porthmadog-1 mile

This historic harbour town has a variety of shopping, drinking & eating places.
A legacy of it's past are the 2 narrow gauge railways, The ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways. More can be learned of Porthmadog's historic past at the Porthmadog Maritime Museum situated on the harbourside.

Tremadog 1.6 miles

The birthplace of Lawrence of Arabia, Town and Country Planning and quite possibly -Frankenstein. In this picturesque village there are 2 pubs a restaurant as well as a chippy.

Morfa Bychan 1.9 miles

A very popular destination for tourists are the 3 mile long, "drive on" Black Rock Sands. It is also a very popular destination for wind, kite and Kart surfers out of season.

Portmeirion-3.6miles

This stunning Italianate Village built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975 is well worth a visit. Portmeirion is also famous as the setting for TV series"The Prisoner" and over the last 6 years has hosted the award winning Festival No6.
